Bookings and registration are carried out via our Magic Booking software, which can be accessed here. 
You will need to set up an account with us before you can make a booking.

If you have any issues with setting up an account, with making any kind of booking or have any other issues or enquiries, please contact the bookings assistant at zebrasbookings@gmail.com and she will get back to you as soon as possible.

CHILDCARE VOUCHERS

We accept all childcare vouchers. Zebra's Out of School is currently registered with a large number of different schemes; please email zebrasosc@gmail.com for further details.

TAX FREE CHILDCARE

Zebra's Out of School is now signed up to this government run service. Parents/Carers need to sign up to this service in order to make payments using their personal childcare account.

Payments should take 2 to 3 working days and will include any government top up (£2 for every £8 paid by the parent). Each payment will include a reference number made up of:
 

• 4 letters - the first initial and the first 3 letters of the surname of the child

• 5 numbers, followed by ‘TFC’

 

For example, ‘AJON12345TFC’.

Please advise with regards to the reference number when making a payment, to ensure we can identify this on our bank statement.
